Organising your business launch or running a special event that needs to have a corporate, slick feel can be work intensive and stressful. If you’re a small business owner or a small charity with few employees, it can be a relief to be able to buy in professional organisational support that is sympathetic to your aims and will listen closely to your ideas.
I’ve delivered and organised events for small business events through to large charity launches and bring a wealth of planning and organisational ability. Examples include:

How I can work with you and your event:
Whether you need an administrative co-ordinator to provide you with additional support through to fully organising the event, I offer a range of services to meet your requirements.
Our initial meeting would look at your current aims and objectives, assessing what support you would require. We can then discuss which package would work for you. All packages are bespoke so additional time can be added and you can upgrade at anytime if you decide later that you need more support.
PACKAGE A:
Package A is the most cost-effective, giving you a jumping off point but leaving you to organise your event. After chatting to you I will do a set number of hours of research and planning, compiling a list of venues, entertainment and all the aspects of the day you’re wanting to create. From this, I’ll create a detailed project plan with timelines, costings and images so you have a complete ‘how to organise’ you event based on your outline. You’ll also be able to have telephone check-ins once a week if needed and email exchanges if you need any support along the way. I can also be booked to come to the actual event and run it on the day, so you can just let go of the planning and enjoy yourself fully.
PACKAGE B:
Package B is the midpoint between being fully supported and running your own show. A detailed plan will be developed based on our conversation, including a vision board so you can see if I’ve interpreted your desires correctly. Once you’re happy with the party outline, together we will plan and book the event. Effectively, I’ll work as your personal assistant as you direct the events organising using the plan and information I’ve provided for you. I will keep you on track, ensuring everything is booked in time and keep an eye on your budget. On the day, I can then step in and make sure everything runs smoothly whilst you get ready and then relax into the day.
PACKAGE C:
Package C is the full, comprehensive organisational package. From our initial conversation I will create a detailed proposal and budget, along with a vision board so you can see your concept come alive. Once we have fine-tuned the proposal and you’re happy for it to go ahead, I will then do all the work including booking caterers through to ensuring everything stays on budget. On the day, I’ll be responsible for the whole day from start to clean-up so you can take the time to be with your attendees, fully entering into the event feeling relaxed and fully supported.
