Whether you are planning a party for a 7-year-old or for someone celebrating their 70th, birthday parties are essentially the same. A great venue with good food and drink, a cake and entertainment that all comes within your budget. Creating this alone can be an organisational nightmare, not to mention the party itself. Instead of relaxing and enjoying your daughter turning 10 or your dad’s retirement, you’re running around filling glasses, making sure food turns up and the guests are happy. With my help as your party planner and organiser, you can only relax and enjoy the creative process of putting a party together, and then fully enjoy the party too, making sure you never miss a moment.
My services…
Organising an event always starts with a cup of tea and a chat about what you’re wanting to organise. Sitting down together, we will discuss in detail all your thoughts, ideas, wishes and concerns. I’ll also ask you questions about the ‘celebrity’ of the day, as well as your budget and help you hone exactly how you want to work with me and what we can put together.
I offer 3 packages for organising parties:
Package A:
Package A is the most cost-effective, giving you a jumping off point but leaving you to organise your party. After chatting to you I will do a set number of hours of research and planning, compiling a list of venues, entertainment and all the aspects of the day you’re wanting to create. From this, I’ll create a detailed project plan with timelines, costings and images so you have a complete ‘how to organise’ a party based on your outline. You’ll also be able to have telephone check-ins once a week if needed and email exchanges if you need any support along the way. I can also be booked to come to the actual event and run it on the day, so you can just let go of the planning and enjoy yourself fully.
Package B:
Package B is the midpoint between being fully supported and running your own show. A detailed plan will be developed based on our conversation, including a vision board so you can see if I’ve interpreted your desires correctly. Once you’re happy with the party outline, together we will plan and book the event. Effectively, I’ll work as your personal assistant as you direct the events organising using the plan and information I’ve provided for you. I will keep you on track, ensuring everything is booked in time and keep an eye on your budget. On the day, I can then step in and make sure everything runs smoothly whilst you get ready and then relax into the day.
Package C:
Package C is the full, comprehensive organisational package. From our initial conversation I will create a detailed proposal and budget, along with a vision board so you can see your concept come alive. Once we have fine-tuned the proposal and you’re happy for it to go ahead, I will then do all the work including booking caterers through to ensuring everything stays on budget. On the day, I’ll be responsible for the whole day from start to clean up so you can take the time to be with your loved ones and fully enter into the celebration feeling relaxed and fully supported.
